This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of products and/or services made through platforms operated by WMC Tech Sdn Bhd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 We offer a seven (7) calendar day refund period from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below.
1.2 Refund requests must be made in writing to contact@worldmasterclass.com within this 7-day period.
1.3 Upon approval, refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
1.4 Refunds are issued net of any applicable administrative or transaction fees.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are not eligible for a refund:
- Products or services purchased more than seven (7) days prior to the refund request date.
- Digital content that has been downloaded, accessed, or partially consumed.
- Services that have been rendered in full or partially utilized at the time of the request.
- Promotional, discounted, or bundled offerings unless specifically stated otherwise.

3.1 To initiate a refund, the Client must submit:
- Full name and contact details
- Order or invoice number
- Reason for refund request

3.3 The Company reserves the right to request further information to support the refund claim and may reject incomplete or unreasonable requests.
4. Policy Updates
4.1 The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time, without prior notice. The most recent version will be available on our official website.
4.2 It is the Client’s responsibility to review the latest version of this Policy prior to making a purchase.
4.3 By completing a transaction, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.
